Ramadan is the holy month where Muslims all over the world are encouraged to refrain from food and liquid from dawn to dusk. A time of abstinence, to focus on prayers and reflect upon one’s behavior and life. The point being to demonstrate submission to God and to develop self-control keeping the mind focused on a more spiritual plane.
During my journey setting up Spa Factory Bali there were many ups and downs and I learnt early in my chosen career to be resourceful, learn the trade and be strong. As a female entrepreneur, it is not always easy as this is still a male dominated society, women have to be willing to work really hard.
